In the 5th minute, Zeru Yeste ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alvaro Molina was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Fran Bellido hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Aita Vila charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aita Vila the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Aita Vila kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. If Maureo Cabezas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Esparragal's Generoso Vazquez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maureo Cabezas in the 21st minute of play. Ugaitz Cainzos kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 23rd match minute, Esparragal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efren Talavera to maneuver through the defense. After 27 played minutes Vilafant got a freekick which was hit by Bastian Sampil. Zeru Yeste fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Molina having to interfere. 38 minutes into the match, Ugaitz Cainzos notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Esparragal's Generoso Vazquez. Generoso Vazquez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zeru Yeste could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Alvaro Molina made a huge save. If Zeru Yeste had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Venancio Campomanes made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Fran Bellido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. José Reina shot from long distance in the 56th minute, but Generoso Vazquez was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Generoso Vazquez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maureo Cabezas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 59 minutes into the match, Esparragal's goalkeeper Generoso Vazquez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ugaitz Cainzos. Generoso Vazquez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ugaitz Cainzos went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Vilafant's Alvaro Molina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venancio Campomanes in the 70th minute of play. In the 74th minute, Venancio Campomanes made a precise shot to the right of Alvaro Molina. Vilafant's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. If Venancio Campomanes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alvaro Molina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Venancio Campomanes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rdth minute of the game Venancio Campomanes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vilafant's Alvaro Molina was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Esparragal fans' excitement grew in the 83rd match minute when Esparragal's Venancio Campomanes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Zeru Yeste took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alvaro Molina. Alvaro Molina dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-3. Esparragal walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
