In the 3rd minute, Roldán Solano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leo Bargas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Feijo Maldonado in the 10th minute. Leo Bargas made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Feijo Maldonado sent off a good shot on target. 13 minutes into the match, Carricola UD's goal looked a bit too open when Eneto Clos came free, but Leo Bargas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 20 minutes, Roldán Solano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carricola UD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roldán Solano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 24 minutes into the match, Pola's Eneto Clos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leo Bargas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eneto Clos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eneto Clos might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leo Bargas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eneto Clos ran back to his position shaking his head. Serapio Aizpurua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sotil Tormes in the 34th minute of play forced Pola's goalkeeper Napoleón Rubio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roldán Solano in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Napoleón Rubio saved Pola from getting behind. Roldán Solano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Napoleón Rubio having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Domenico Cifuentes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Feijo Maldonado struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Leo Bargas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pola. If Sotil Tormes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 49th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eneto Clos was the one to do the kick off. Tipi Olano kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute Feijo Maldonado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Bargas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 94 minutes, Roger Pedrosa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carricola UD and the Pola players grew even worse after the yellow card. Roger Pedrosa hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Carricola UD's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
