Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Renaldo Suarez took the kick off in the first half of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Renaldo Suarez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Napoleón Rubio. That made the score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. Feijo Maldonado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gau Zárate read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Feijo Maldonado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Berastegi's Gau Zárate played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eneto Clos in the 16th minute of play. Ximeno Garzon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Napoleón Rubio having to make a save. If Feijo Maldonado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the match, Feijo Maldonado notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Berastegi's Gau Zárate. Gau Zárate was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Xaime Flores took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 34th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gau Zárate. Berastegi's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Eneto Clos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pola's Napoleón Rubio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Pola from getting a goal against them. After 43 minutes Pola's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marcos Taules who took care of the corner kick. The supporters of Berastegi booed when Pola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Galsino Grau didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eneto Clos made a kick off. Feijo Maldonado's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 53rdth minute, Gau Zárate skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Berastegi's Marcos Taules got a free kick in the 59th minute. When Xaime Flores came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Pola fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xaime Flores couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eneto Clos in the 62nd minute of play forced Berastegi's goalkeeper Gau Zárate to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute, Fidel Caballero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Eneto Clos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pola's supporters rose to their feet, but Eneto Clos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gau Zárate breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 76 minutes Pola's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marcos Taules who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Berastegi's corner Marcos Taules fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Napoleón Rubio quite easily take care of the ball. After 81 played minutes Berastegi got a freekick which was hit by Ramone Avila. In the 82nd minute, Feijo Maldonado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pola fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. 89 minutes into the game, Pola's Feijo Maldonado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gau Zárate made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. When the match was over Pola could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Berastegi throughout the match.
