Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Llarduya's Jacques Santos started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Alonso Mondejar came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Vallvidrera fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alonso Mondejar couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Romo Moreno during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Romo Moreno hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute Robustiano Bastida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aitor Saboya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Amarante Morientes fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Llarduya's protests and gave Amarante Morientes a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Llarduya getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Herberto Alabern fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bilbo Cabanela having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Llarduya's goal looked a bit too open when Robustiano Bastida came free, but Aitor Saboya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Melquiades Martínez's late challenge caught a Vallvidrera's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alonso Mondejar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jacques Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bilbo Cabanela having to interfere. After having played for 65 minutes, Robustiano Bastida managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vallvidrera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robustiano Bastida was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aitor Saboya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alonso Mondejar in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 75th minute Vallvidrera were awarded a corner. Alirio Millán went to the cornerflag to take it. Alirio Millán made a great header on Vallvidrera's corner, it was just that Llarduya's Aitor Saboya managed to reach the ball for a save. After 76 minutes of play, Vallvidrera's Alonso Mondejar made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aitor Saboya was left in no man's land by his defense there! Blas Cazorla hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Herberto Alabern sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Jacques Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Herberto Alabern might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bilbo Cabanela. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Herberto Alabern ran back to his position shaking his head. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
