Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Peru Beloki started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Gaspar Campoamor notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Loiu CF's Felip Marcos. Felip Marcos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pepito Cainzos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Felip Marcos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Pepito Cainzos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 15th minute Peru Beloki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chano Tormes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Peru Beloki came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Loiu CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Peru Beloki couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Peru Beloki in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chano Tormes saved Villa Sol FC from getting behind. Chano Tormes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan-Carlos Quesada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The long shot by Beti Aranzubia in the 32nd minute really tested Felip Marcos's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 35 minutes into the match, Gaspar Campoamor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Felip Marcos. Loiu CF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gaspar Campoamor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Gaspar Campoamor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the match, Loiu CF's goalkeeper Felip Marcos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gaspar Campoamor. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pepito Cainzos to make the kick off. When Loiu CF's Peru Beloki in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Villa Sol FC's goalie prevented a goal. A well placed Peru Beloki short distance shot in the 61st minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. Chano Tormes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peru Beloki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felip Marcos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pepito Cainzos went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. Peru Beloki might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Chano Tormes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Peru Beloki ran back to his position shaking his head. Felip Marcos came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Villa Sol FC's Gaspar Campoamor. But to his dismay, Gaspar Campoamor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pepito Cainzos in the 93rd minute of play forced Loiu CF's goalkeeper Felip Marcos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Juan-Carlos Quesada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Villa Sol FC had won after a very even match.
