After some careless play in the Villadun FC defense, Lekumberri Aznar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Error Orozco. The Villadun FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Error Orozco should have stopped the shot. Marco Escobar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prospero Alcantara having to interfere. When Lekumberri Aznar fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gavada UD's protests and gave Lekumberri Aznar a yellow card for diving instead. After 14 played minutes Gavada UD got a freekick which was hit by Alejandro Fernandez. Tito Rossello charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tito Rossello the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Villadun FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 20th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Gavada UD a penalty, 22 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bernabé Solera, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Villadun FC's Error Orozco. 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nayely Planes got free with Prospero Alcantara in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 38 minutes, Marco Escobar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Villadun FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marco Escobar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Luis-Alfredo Checa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gavada UD's supporters rose to their feet, but Luis-Alfredo Checa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Error Orozco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Gavada UD's Timo Font in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Villadun FC's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Gavada UD getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Lekumberri Aznar hit a great ball. Prospero Alcantara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Escobar, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When Timo Font came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Gavada UD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Timo Font couldn't finish the play. After 55 minutes, Cugat Ricoy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Villadun FC and the Gavada UD players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 55th match minute, Villadun FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cugat Ricoy to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Gavada UD's Timo Font slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Error Orozco. That made the score 0-3 after 57 minutes of play. Nayely Planes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Prospero Alcantara having to make a save. When Cugat Ricoy was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 64 minutes had been played. In the 64th minute, Cugat Ricoy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Timo Font fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Error Orozco having to interfere. In the 72nd match minute, Villadun FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dolfo Cao to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dolfo Cao during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dolfo Cao hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Gavada UD's Bernabé Solera tried to score from far away in the 77th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Timo Font fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Error Orozco having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luis-Alfredo Checa got free with Error Orozco in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 83 minutes into the match, Gavada UD's goal looked a bit too open when Nayely Planes came free, but Prospero Alcantara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luis-Alfredo Checa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Error Orozco having to make a save. Gavada UD played a much better game than Villadun FC and deserved their victory. The Villadun FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
