In the 6th minute, Xuoco Cayuela got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Demario Teresa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dubardo Marquez having to interfere. Quintin Cortes was a little too slow when Quique Gómez got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 2-0. Sant Pere Del Bosc AFC's Quintin Cortes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Sant Pere Del Bosc AFC from getting a goal against them. Quintin Cortes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quique Gómez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Arnaldo Duran managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mar Azul's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnaldo Duran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Quintin Cortes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Sant Pere Del Bosc AFC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Juan Guasch hit a great ball. Mar Azul's Dubardo Marquez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xuoco Cayuela in the 30th minute of play. If Xuoco Cayuela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Sant Pere Del Bosc AFC booed when Mar Azul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolás Abancens didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee showed Juan Guasch the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 96 played minutes Sant Pere Del Bosc AFC got a freekick which was hit by Juan Guasch. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Mar Azul fully deserved thier win.
