Araoz Buenafuente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 65 played minutes Corella got a freekick which was hit by Mancio Lastras. Luisito Riba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Araoz Buenafuente having to interfere. Araoz Buenafuente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Buenafuente in the 73rd minute of play. Epifanio Vadillos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iyan Villar in the 97th minute. In the 99th minute Corella were awarded a corner. Sancho Medina went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Corella's Sancho Medina to fire away a dangerous shot which Epifanio Vadillos despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Corella players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Arrabal De Benablón.
