After a rather tough play, Villa Sol FC's Alexandro Vives got a free kick in the 12th minute. Iyan Marcos was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 13th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 15th minute, Diego Colsa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Diego Colsa's late challenge caught a Villa Sol FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Diego Colsa helped the player get up and apologised. In the 17th minute of the match Luis Velazquez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Isaac Domenech showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Poncio Gimeno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Poncio Gimeno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Isaac Domenech tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Goibetas getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Diego Colsa hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute, Villa Sol FC's Orlando Salazar ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Isaac Domenech. Isaac Domenech yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. A collision led to Goibetas getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Celestino Colillas hit a great ball. Poncio Gimeno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaac Domenech having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Orlando Salazar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Isaac Domenech having to make a save. 54 minutes into the game, Xinto Guerrero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Goibetas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Villa Sol FC the free kick. In the 54th minute, Xinto Guerrero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Poncio Gimeno blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Isaac Domenech having to make a save. Orlando Salazar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Isaac Domenech read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. In the 61st match minute, Villa Sol FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arbas Arratia to maneuver through the defense. Poncio Gimeno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Isaac Domenech showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Poncio Gimeno, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. The supporters of Villa Sol FC booed when Goibetas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Colsa didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nereo Grau in the 74th minute of play forced Villa Sol FC's goalkeeper Norberto Jimenez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Villa Sol FC's Norberto Jimenez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nereo Grau in the 75th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Villa Sol FC's goalkeeper Norberto Jimenez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Peri Quijana. 79 minutes into the match, Goibetas's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Salazar came free, but Isaac Domenech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Nereo Grau managed to get in a good position for a shot. Goibetas's supporters rose to their feet, but Nereo Grau was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Norberto Jimenez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A hard shot 91 in the game by Peri Quijana from a close distance when the talented Norberto Jimenez managed to make a qualified save. Villa Sol FC's players were relieved. Villa Sol FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Goibetas for a fine match.
