The supporters of Matagorda booed when Golosalvo CD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remir Sobrado didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Genaro Folch's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leoncio Leal was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. When Genaro Folch came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Golosalvo CD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Genaro Folch couldn't finish the play. Matagorda's Leoncio Leal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Matagorda from getting a goal against them. Tartalo Unzueta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enaut Gimeno in the 44th minute of the match. Tartalo Unzueta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Matagorda's Leoncio Leal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Genaro Folch in the 73rd minute of play. Aurelio Estruch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tartalo Unzueta having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Aurelio Estruch got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 84 minutes into the match, Genaro Folch notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Matagorda's Leoncio Leal. Leoncio Leal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. During the 87th minute of the match Marcelino Abasalo completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Marcelino Abasalo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Marcelino Abasalo kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. René Verdaguer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
