In the 34th minute, Sebastián Negro sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Santa Seclina's Velasco Villanueva didn't even have to move. If Gergori Manzano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gergori Manzano was the one to do the kick off. Santa Seclina's Velasco Villanueva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Santa Seclina from getting a goal against them. Eustaquio Rico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cresenciano Cabanela struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Velasco Villanueva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Calafat AFC. If Gergori Manzano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Santa Seclina's Velasco Villanueva got control of the ball when Cresenciano Cabanela tried to sneak it across the goal line. 78 minutes into the game, Calafat AFC's Cresenciano Cabanela nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Velasco Villanueva made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Pablo-Enrique Alcaraz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Velasco Villanueva having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Santa Seclina's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Cresenciano Cabanela fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Gergori Manzano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Atauri Bueno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Antonio Navas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
