In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lerin AD's goalkeeper Yago Huerta, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 28th minute, Fresco Novo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Cueva Del Hundidero FC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Severo Ricoy hit a great ball. Lerin AD's Esteban Nobo got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Santi Ucero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Cueva Del Hundidero FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Román Gomar hit a great ball. 44 minutes into the game, Santi Ucero lined in a short shot 2-1 behind a frustrated Fernan Moreira.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fresco Novo to strike the kick off in the second half. The Lerin AD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yago Huerta should have stopped the shot. Santi Ucero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Fernan Moreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Esteban Nobo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fernan Moreira was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Fernan Moreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteban Nobo in the 68th minute of the match. After 93 played minutes Lerin AD got a freekick which was hit by Apal Adán. Esteban Nobo charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Esteban Nobo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 95th match minute, Lerin AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esteban Nobo to maneuver through the defense. When Fresco Novo came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Cueva Del Hundidero FC fans jumped to their feet.
