Xano Barro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Diagur Aceves's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. After 20 minutes, Xandro Caminero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Almería and the Agua Garcia players grew even worse after the yellow card. Xano Barro didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Almería's Diagur Aceves shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diagur Aceves in the 26th minute of play forced Agua Garcia's goalkeeper Xano Barro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Esteve Riba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Diagur Aceves came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Almería fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diagur Aceves couldn't finish the play. Derwin Olano succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 34th playminute. 39 minutes into the match, Agua Garcia's goalkeeper Xano Barro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Derwin Olano. Derwin Olano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Xano Barro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Almería's goal looked a bit too open when Ruperto Castaño came free, but Garin Baeza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nono Acha during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nono Acha kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Esteve Riba made the kick off in the second half. Xano Barro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Diagur Aceves's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. In the 56th minute Diagur Aceves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xano Barro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 58 in the game by Ruperto Castaño from a close distance when the talented Garin Baeza managed to make a qualified save. Almería's players were relieved. Diagur Aceves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ruperto Castaño could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Garin Baeza made a huge save. During the 68th minute of the match Nono Acha completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Nono Acha a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ruperto Castaño got free with Garin Baeza in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Esteve Riba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Garin Baeza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ruperto Castaño got free with Garin Baeza in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 79 played minutes Agua Garcia got a freekick which was hit by Antxoka Abrego. If Derwin Olano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ray Rico charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ray Rico the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 85th minute, Ray Rico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Diagur Aceves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xano Barro having to interfere. Garin Baeza didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 96th minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. Agua Garcia's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
