When Seve Quintero came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Ventas De Huelma AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Seve Quintero couldn't finish the play.

Leroy Serra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Behe Valdés having to interfere. 85 minutes into the match, Ventas De Huelma AD's Duardo Nueva sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Behe Valdés narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Ventas De Huelma AD getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Adulfo Olano hit a great ball. Xofre Gimenez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Andrés Quintas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
