Dario Roig didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tacito Murcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dolfos Jorquera having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Aguas Nuevas's Osmundo Bermudez got a free kick in the 9th minute. Montseny's Abundio Castro got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Airas Salgado charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Airas Salgado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 13 played minutes Aguas Nuevas got a freekick which was hit by Airas Salgado. When Modesto Nunez came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Aguas Nuevas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Modesto Nunez couldn't finish the play. After having played for 21 minutes, Pepito Radaban managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aguas Nuevas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pepito Radaban was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Eguzki Rey fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Montseny's protests and gave Eguzki Rey a yellow card for diving instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abundio Castro in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dolfos Jorquera saved Aguas Nuevas from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Tacito Murcia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dolfos Jorquera was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Abundio Castro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tacito Murcia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Dolfos Jorquera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aguas Nuevas's Dolfos Jorquera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abundio Castro in the 40th minute of play. Juan-Alfredo Ramiréz kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Abundio Castro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The wind increased when Modesto Nunez made the kick off in the second half. Enrique Ballesteros kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Montseny's Xurdin Verdaguer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pepito Radaban in the 53rd minute of play. With a little luck, Aguas Nuevas's Dolfos Jorquera got control of the ball when Tacito Murcia tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Abundio Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th match minute, Aguas Nuevas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulin Barrios to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abundio Castro in the 86th minute of play forced Aguas Nuevas's goalkeeper Dolfos Jorquera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Montaña's late challenge caught a Montseny's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felix Montaña helped the player get up and apologised. In the 87th minute, Felix Montaña hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th minute Abundio Castro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dolfos Jorquera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Eguzki Rey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Aguas Nuevas's Juan-Alfredo Ramiréz got a free kick in the 91st minute. If Abundio Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abundio Castro in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dolfos Jorquera prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
