Zeruko santillana was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristián Solo in the 12th minute of play forced Los Otos UD's goalkeeper Zeruko santillana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marco Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. If Haimar Prieto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zeruko santillana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristián Solo in the 17th minute of the match. When Foronda's Haimar Prieto in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Foronda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristián Solo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Lawrence Helguera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Los Otos UD players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Foronda were winning 0-2.
After having played for 51 minutes, Haimar Prieto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Foronda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Haimar Prieto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cristián Solo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Zeruko santillana made a huge save. Foronda's Ponciano Reyes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arxel Cortes in the 63rd minute of play. Ponciano Reyes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arxel Cortes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute, Valery Nunez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 71 minutes of play, Foronda's Haimar Prieto made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zeruko santillana was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristián Solo got free with Zeruko santillana in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 77 minutes of play, Foronda's Cristián Solo made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zeruko santillana was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Arxel Cortes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Otos UD's supporters rose to their feet, but Arxel Cortes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ponciano Reyes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arxel Cortes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Ponciano Reyes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Gaizka Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ponciano Reyes was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. When the final whistle sounded Foronda left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Los Otos UD.
