Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Adalberto Urruti kicked off to start the match. Haroldo Naranjo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Amaro Medina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 8 minutes into the match, El Aguila FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adalberto Urruti came free, but Amaro Medina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Norberto De Paula fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Aguila FC's protests and gave Norberto De Paula a yellow card for diving instead. In the 11th match minute, El Aguila FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norberto De Paula to maneuver through the defense. El Aguila FC's Amaro Medina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haroldo Naranjo in the 15th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Castilmimbre's Rubén Font got a free kick in the 16th minute. 17 minutes into the match, El Aguila FC's Norberto De Paula broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Zeru Armada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 22nd minute by Zeru Armada got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Luis Verdu charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luis Verdu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Luis Verdu kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Castilmimbre's goal looked a bit too open when Zeru Armada came free, but Manuel Nadal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Esquipula Perpiñán sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. El Aguila FC's Amaro Medina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adalberto Urruti in the 35th minute of play. Castilmimbre's Haroldo Naranjo got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Haroldo Naranjo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zeru Armada to make the kick off. In the 58th match minute, Castilmimbre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maurino Rojas to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Castilmimbre's zone, Zeru Armada stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Nadal came out of the goal and Zeru Armada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Manuel Nadal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zeru Armada's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind El Aguila FC's goalkeeper Amaro Medina, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 68 played minutes, El Aguila FC's Carlos Zubiaga shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Manuel Nadal came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in El Aguila FC reached it. If Esquipula Perpiñán had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Esquipula Perpiñán received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Manuel Nadal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Esquipula Perpiñán had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Zeru Armada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zeru Armada in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Manuel Nadal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 83 minutes of play Castilmimbre's Luis Verdu was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. If Esquipula Perpiñán had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute Pelayo Campoamor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Nadal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zeru Armada took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Manuel Nadal. Manuel Nadal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. If Zeru Armada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The El Aguila FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Castilmimbre had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
