A Queimada FC's Hurko Mayol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramón Reyes in the 12th minute of play. After having played for 15 minutes, Sol Ecija managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Argamasilla De Alba UD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sol Ecija was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 16 minutes into the game, Hermenegildo Carreira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. A Queimada FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Argamasilla De Alba UD the free kick. After a rather tough play, A Queimada FC's Hermenegildo Carreira got a free kick in the 16th minute. If Sol Ecija had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hurko Mayol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sol Ecija, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sol Ecija struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Hurko Mayol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Argamasilla De Alba UD. A collision led to A Queimada FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Kepa Zaplana hit a great ball. Montez Vazquez came free with the goalkeeper in the 41st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Juan-Luis Cruz could save by the left post. Argamasilla De Alba UD's Juan-Luis Cruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermenegildo Carreira in the 45th minute of play. In the 48th minute, Sol Ecija got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sol Ecija made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Montez Vazquez in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juan-Luis Cruz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Juan-Luis Cruz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Montez Vazquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Beltran Cortes struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Juan-Luis Cruz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A Queimada FC. A Queimada FC's Montez Vazquez got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A Queimada FC's Izar Baeza got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Montez Vazquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Juan-Luis Cruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Beltran Cortes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan-Luis Cruz having to interfere. After 84 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Argamasilla De Alba UD! In the 90th match minute, A Queimada FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Renaldo Cardeñosa to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of A Queimada FC booed when Argamasilla De Alba UD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mancio Ponce De Leon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
