With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arnulfo Yeste in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Artemio Valdés saved Santa Cruz De Grio from getting behind. In the 24th minute, Arnulfo Yeste got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 26 minutes into the match, Santa Cruz De Grio's Zahar Serena sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luar Teresa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aeropuerto De Vitoria AFC's Luar Teresa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zahar Serena in the 30th minute of play. If Zahar Serena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnulfo Yeste succeeded in the game's 35th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Santa Cruz De Grio's Artemio Valdés played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnulfo Yeste in the 63rd minute of play. If Gaitano Urbina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnulfo Yeste received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Artemio Valdés tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnulfo Yeste scored 2-0 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Artemio Valdés, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 86th minute, Arnulfo Yeste had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Aeropuerto De Vitoria AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Santa Cruz De Grio had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
