Montrel Hernandez hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Navarro Tormes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fermín Morales took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xaime Bencoiechea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xaime Bencoiechea in the 9th minute of play forced Cabezuela Del Valle FC's goalkeeper Fermín Morales to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the game, Casapalma's Behe Buendia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fermín Morales made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Behe Buendia in the 14th minute of play forced Cabezuela Del Valle FC's goalkeeper Fermín Morales to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Txema Baltanas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Narciso Alavedra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xaime Bencoiechea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 24th minute Xaime Bencoiechea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fermín Morales saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Cabezuela Del Valle FC's Xacintu Arratia got a free kick in the 25th minute. The supporters of Casapalma booed when Cabezuela Del Valle FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Currito Rivera didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Behe Buendia came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Casapalma fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Behe Buendia couldn't finish the play. Behe Buendia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fermín Morales read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Josep Bouzas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cabezuela Del Valle FC's Txema Baltanas got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Narciso Alavedra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Txema Baltanas in the 41st minute of play. Ventura Gonzalvez kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Josep Bouzas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 48 minutes into the match, Casapalma's goal looked a bit too open when Josep Bouzas came free, but Narciso Alavedra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Xaime Bencoiechea made the kick off in the second half. Behe Buendia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Fermín Morales tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cabezuela Del Valle FC's goalkeeper Fermín Morales, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 62 played minutes Casapalma got a freekick which was hit by Ventura Gonzalvez. 65 minutes into the match, Casapalma's goal looked a bit too open when Txema Baltanas came free, but Narciso Alavedra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Casapalma booed when Cabezuela Del Valle FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quico Villafane didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xaime Bencoiechea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Behe Buendia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fermín Morales having to interfere. Behe Buendia struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Fermín Morales didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Casapalma. Cabezuela Del Valle FC's Fermín Morales played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xaime Bencoiechea in the 79th minute of play. Josep Bouzas kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cabezuela Del Valle FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Casapalma.
