Nofre Barba came out of the goal and Baleren Esperta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Jungitu AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 40th minute. Penalty! In the 41st minute there was a penalty for La Portella. Reno Castellano stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Lolo Bastida. 0-2. Baleren Esperta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

If Baleren Esperta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 62 minutes, Xove Vazquez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jungitu AFC and the La Portella players grew even worse after the yellow card. Xove Vazquez kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. After 76 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for La Portella! The referee gave Jungitu AFC a penalty, 77 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Santiago Herrero, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of La Portella's Nofre Barba. 1-2. Nofre Barba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joan Caminero in the 84th minute of play. Nofre Barba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joan Caminero, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. If Eguzki Sobera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Romulo Baeza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jungitu AFC's Lolo Bastida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xurde Ponte in the 97th minute of play. The La Portella supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing La Portella would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
