Edilberto Litago's late challenge caught a Manises FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 31st match minute, Erdoizta SAD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis-Jose Solana to maneuver through the defense. Manises FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aladino Alcantara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 44 played minutes Erdoizta SAD got a freekick which was hit by Bartolomé Tobia. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Natxo Cienfuegos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 75th minute, Natxo Cienfuegos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Manises FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Agamenón Puig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Natxo Cienfuegos in the 89th minute of the match. Carlito Quintas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Garaile Velasco made a huge save. Aladino Alcantara scored 2-1 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Agamenón Puig, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the Erdoizta SAD players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Manises FC.
