Mendebal Flores might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Placido Alabern. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mendebal Flores ran back to his position shaking his head. Mendebal Flores sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gil Ponte during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 40th minute, Gil Ponte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Micael Pascual showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gumersindo Abellan, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. An unexpected shot in the 45th minute by Gil Ponte got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side.

If Charro Sobera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albano Bellido could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Micael Pascual made a huge save. A collision led to Miraflor getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Gil Ponte hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mendebal Flores in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Placido Alabern saved Lorcha SD from getting behind. When Charro Sobera fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lorcha SD's protests and gave Charro Sobera a yellow card for diving instead. After 82 played minutes Lorcha SD got a freekick which was hit by Charro Sobera. If Gumersindo Abellan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
