Montes Puyol kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, El Talladell FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zabal Patiño came free, but Min Zabalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ariel Santos in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pello Bermejo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 27th minute, Rogelio Dellasierra had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Constancio Estruch during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 28 played minutes El Mallol got a freekick which was hit by Constancio Estruch. Fe Ribas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 35 minutes into the match, El Talladell FC's goalkeeper Min Zabalo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Darien Paris. Zabal Patiño's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Min Zabalo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. If Fe Ribas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had been going on for 44 minutes, El Mallol's Sotero Ruiz got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Min Zabalo. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zabal Patiño was the one to do the kick off. Zabal Patiño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Min Zabalo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zabal Patiño, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Darien Paris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Min Zabalo having to interfere. Min Zabalo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zabal Patiño, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 69th minute, Constancio Estruch got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Min Zabalo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Darien Paris's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. A collision led to El Talladell FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Brais Briso hit a great ball. Min Zabalo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zabal Patiño, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. After a rather tough play, El Talladell FC's Manuel Olano got a free kick in the 74th minute. Darien Paris struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Min Zabalo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Mallol. 80 minutes into the game, Enaut Casanova was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Talladell FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Mallol the free kick. In the 80th minute, Enaut Casanova hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. El Talladell FC's Min Zabalo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Darien Paris in the 92nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in El Talladell FC's zone, Zabal Patiño stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Min Zabalo came out of the goal and Zabal Patiño tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. El Mallol's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
