Joan Moreno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Marquesa AFC's Sergi Pascual dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Joan Moreno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eleazar Doblas in the 33rd minute of the match. Joan Moreno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bizen Marcos in the 37th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Beti Barroso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tiburcio Izquierdo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Eleazar Doblas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 50th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eleazar Doblas was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute Eleazar Doblas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joan Moreno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Sergi Pascual came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Marquesa AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sergi Pascual couldn't finish the play. In the 59th minute, Sergi Pascual got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Beti Barroso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tiburcio Izquierdo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergi Pascual, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Eleazar Doblas came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Aeropuerto De Córdoba FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eleazar Doblas couldn't finish the play. In the 69th minute, Sergi Pascual made a precise shot to the right of Tiburcio Izquierdo. Aeropuerto De Córdoba FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. In the 77th minute, Landolfo Urruti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 77 played minutes, Aeropuerto De Córdoba FC's Misael Orbiz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Joan Moreno came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Aeropuerto De Córdoba FC reached it. After 84 minutes of play, Aeropuerto De Córdoba FC's Bizen Marcos made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joan Moreno was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 89th minute, Beti Barroso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tiburcio Izquierdo was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Marquesa AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Aeropuerto De Córdoba FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
