Albi Albizua came out of the goal and Ermegildo Cabezas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Francesco Vacas might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Albi Albizua. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Francesco Vacas ran back to his position shaking his head. Ermegildo Cabezas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Albi Albizua read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. Albi Albizua showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ermegildo Cabezas in the 46th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
