Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Toribio Muelas started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute of the match, Izar Madariaga got a very nice opportunity to score, but Anibal Fuente was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Gabi Izaguirre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolás Navarro in the 7th minute of play. After 9 minutes, Toribio Muelas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Linares AFC and the Alfocea players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Alfocea booed when Linares AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Toribio Muelas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anibal Fuente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toribio Muelas in the 12th minute of play. If Aritz Coira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute Toribio Muelas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Fuente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicolás Navarro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Izar Madariaga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Aritz Coira made the kick off in the second half. Izar Madariaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Anibal Fuente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Toribio Muelas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anibal Fuente was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed William Gandia the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Linares AFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and William Gandia had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Linares AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 65th minute. Penalty! Luis Canal placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Nicolás Navarro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aritz Coira took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gabi Izaguirre. Gabi Izaguirre dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Nicolás Navarro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anibal Fuente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Izar Madariaga in the 83rd minute of the match. If Omar Gandia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anibal Fuente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Izar Madariaga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 95 minutes into the match, Alfocea's goal looked a bit too open when Izar Madariaga came free, but Anibal Fuente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Alfocea booed when Linares AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Toribio Muelas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 98 minutes into the match, Linares AFC's goalkeeper Gabi Izaguirre had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicolás Navarro. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Alfocea had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
