In the 3rd minute, Avellano Folch ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cortez Reyes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 7 minutes into the match, Avellano Folch had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cortez Reyes. Bonielles's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Avellano Folch was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Cucao Alonso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Filipo Molina went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Avellano Folch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mergildo Villafane hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Anakoz Contratas, 25 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 1-3 became the score in the 37th minute when Avellano Folch elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Raimundo Ortega was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 46th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Filipo Molina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Avellano Folch's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 59thth minute, Cortez Reyes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gillermo Bencoiechea in the 63rd minute of play forced Valverde Del Fresno AD's goalkeeper Cucao Alonso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65thth minute of the game Avellano Folch who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bonielles's Cortez Reyes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dubardo Cienfuegos kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Filipo Molina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cucao Alonso having to interfere. Cucao Alonso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gillermo Bencoiechea in the 76th minute of the match. After 81 played minutes Bonielles got a freekick which was hit by Dubardo Cienfuegos. Cortez Reyes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ekain Casillas's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Cucao Alonso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gillermo Bencoiechea in the 85th minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, Valverde Del Fresno AD's goal looked a bit too open when Gillermo Bencoiechea came free, but Cucao Alonso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cucao Alonso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filipo Molina, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Agamenón Novo charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Agamenón Novo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Bonielles booed when Valverde Del Fresno AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agamenón Novo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ekain Casillas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Cortez Reyes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Valverde Del Fresno AD supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Valverde Del Fresno AD would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
