Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Vincent Sobera made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Benifairo De La Valldigna's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Sarrate came free, but Romo Bernal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcos Sarrate blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Romo Bernal having to make a save. After 7 minutes, Marcos Sarrate made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Benifairo De La Valldigna's Romo Bernal tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Vincent Sobera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Romo Bernal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Luis Sierra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amancio Delgado might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Heliodoro Verdu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amancio Delgado ran back to his position shaking his head. Amancio Delgado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Heliodoro Verdu having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Luis Sierra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Benifairo De La Valldigna's supporters rose to their feet, but Luis Sierra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Heliodoro Verdu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 37 minutes, Maule Urquijo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Benifairo De La Valldigna and the Arguedas players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 37th match minute, Benifairo De La Valldigna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maule Urquijo to maneuver through the defense. If Luis Sierra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Benifairo De La Valldigna's Heliodoro Verdu threw himself towards the right post 44 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Amancio Delgado, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When Luis Sierra came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Benifairo De La Valldigna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Sierra couldn't finish the play. Vincent Sobera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romo Bernal having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Arguedas's zone, Luis Sierra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Heliodoro Verdu came out of the goal and Luis Sierra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 67th minute, Amancio Delgado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Heliodoro Verdu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Amancio Delgado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Heliodoro Verdu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Marcos Sarrate struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Romo Bernal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arguedas. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Benifairo De La Valldigna's goalkeeper Romo Bernal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Vincent Sobera came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Arguedas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vincent Sobera couldn't finish the play. In the 86th minute, Luis Sierra made a precise shot to the right of Heliodoro Verdu. Arguedas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Godfredo Zamora charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Godfredo Zamora the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vincent Sobera in the 97th minute of play forced Benifairo De La Valldigna's goalkeeper Romo Bernal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that Benifairo De La Valldigna were the better team. Benifairo De La Valldigna's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
