Ted Sánchez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Costante Batuecas in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 13th minute Sinforoso Folch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zunbeltz Cainzos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Costante Batuecas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ted Sánchez having to interfere. Andolin Viejo kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Chepe Paredes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ted Sánchez having to interfere. Zunbeltz Cainzos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodolfo Sacristán, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 36 minutes of play, Puente De La Sierra's Chepe Paredes made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ted Sánchez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rodolfo Sacristán sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Costante Batuecas struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Ted Sánchez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Puente De La Sierra. The crowd rose to their feet as Puente De La Sierra's Costante Batuecas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ted Sánchez. That made the score 2-0 after 47 minutes of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Costante Batuecas to make the kick off. Costante Batuecas struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Ted Sánchez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Puente De La Sierra. Costante Batuecas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ted Sánchez having to interfere. When Andolin Viejo fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Puente De La Sierra's protests and gave Andolin Viejo a yellow card for diving instead. After 60 played minutes Puente De La Sierra got a freekick which was hit by Andolin Viejo. A hard shot 61 in the game by Rodolfo Sacristán from a close distance when the talented Zunbeltz Cainzos managed to make a qualified save. Puente De La Sierra's players were relieved. Chepe Paredes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Ted Sánchez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ted Sánchez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chepe Paredes, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chepe Paredes in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ted Sánchez saved Montesol from getting behind. A collision led to Montesol getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Santiago Herrera hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Puente De La Sierra's Adolfo Quiroga tried to score from far away in the 79th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Montesol's Ted Sánchez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Costante Batuecas in the 80th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Montesol's Nuno Calvo got a free kick in the 81st minute. If Costante Batuecas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Rodolfo Sacristán managed to get in a good position for a shot. Montesol's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodolfo Sacristán was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zunbeltz Cainzos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 89 minutes, Chepe Paredes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Puente De La Sierra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chepe Paredes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 91 minutes of play, Puente De La Sierra's Costante Batuecas made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ted Sánchez was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Puente De La Sierra's Lano Aguilar got a free kick in the 95th minute. The supporters of Puente De La Sierra booed when Montesol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodolfo Sacristán didn't get a good kick on the ball. 98 minutes into the match, Puente De La Sierra's Chepe Paredes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ted Sánchez narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
