Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Zuberoa Ecija took the kick off in the first half of the match. 10 minutes into the game, Mata's Raymond Orbiz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oso Paz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Giraldo Bastida's late challenge caught a Mata's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Giraldo Bastida helped the player get up and apologised. In the 15th match minute, Caballero FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giraldo Bastida to maneuver through the defense. Oso Paz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raymond Orbiz in the 17th minute of play. After 23 minutes of play, Mata's Serafo Ballesteros made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oso Paz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marciano Parra hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Serafo Ballesteros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Serafo Ballesteros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafo Ballesteros in the 37th minute of play forced Caballero FC's goalkeeper Oso Paz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Raymond Orbiz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mata's supporters rose to their feet, but Raymond Orbiz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oso Paz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Mata's Ramón Alacuart got control of the ball when Santiago Guasch tried to sneak it across the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Serafo Ballesteros to strike the kick off in the second half. If Raymond Orbiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 58 minutes in the game, Raymond Orbiz fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Oso Paz having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, Caballero FC's goal looked a bit too open when Serafo Ballesteros came free, but Oso Paz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raymond Orbiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Oso Paz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Giraldo Bastida hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Montes Avila was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 72nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Mata's Serafo Ballesteros got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Caballero FC's Zuberoa Ecija got a free kick in the 75th minute. If Santiago Guasch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
