Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Indar Lopez started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute Indar Lopez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eneko Pedriza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Etxave Aguilar kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Arriate's Simon Grau threw himself towards the right post 10 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Eladio Baltanas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 19 minutes into the match, Arriate's goal looked a bit too open when Taurino Vera came free, but Eneko Pedriza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute, Taull's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Etxave Aguilar fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Garcia in the 24th minute of play forced Taull's goalkeeper Simon Grau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Taurino Vera's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eneko Pedriza was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. 33 minutes into the match, Arriate's Etxave Aguilar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Simon Grau narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mario Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Taurino Vera's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eneko Pedriza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Mario Garcia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Simon Grau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Etxave Aguilar to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Taull was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlito Vila to maneuver through the defense. If Etxave Aguilar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mario Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Grau having to interfere. Indar Lopez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Taurino Vera got free with Eneko Pedriza in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Etxave Aguilar in the 63rd minute of play forced Taull's goalkeeper Simon Grau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 64 played minutes Taull got a freekick which was hit by Álvaro Reyes. After a defensive mix-up in Taull's zone, Etxave Aguilar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simon Grau came out of the goal and Etxave Aguilar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Etxave Aguilar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Simon Grau read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Etxave Aguilar made a precise shot to the right of Simon Grau. Taull's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. If Etxave Aguilar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 79 minutes into the game, Claude Caballero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Taull's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arriate the free kick. Etxave Aguilar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Álvaro Reyes struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Eneko Pedriza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Taull. Constancio Orbiz kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Taurino Vera got free with Eneko Pedriza in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arriate's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
