The audience thought a goal was coming when Silviano Soler got free with Eulalio Lillo in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Feliu Navarro took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eulalio Lillo. Eulalio Lillo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 27 minutes into the game, one of Chenlo FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 33 minutes in the game, Feliu Navarro fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Eulalio Lillo having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ferdinand Pacheco in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Modesto Garrido prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ferdinand Pacheco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Chenlo FC's Anter Fabelo in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Feliu Navarro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fermín Urbieta kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Feliu Navarro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Readegos UD's supporters rose to their feet, but Feliu Navarro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eulalio Lillo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Silviano Soler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eulalio Lillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliu Navarro in the 96th minute of the match. Readegos UD's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
