After 4 played minutes Casas De La Unde got a freekick which was hit by Ferdinand Raya. Manel Huarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iraitz Zaplana in the 9th minute of the match. A collision led to Casas De La Unde getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Anatolio Camarasa hit a great ball. Casas De La Unde's Manel Huarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iraitz Zaplana in the 13th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iraitz Zaplana in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Manel Huarte prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Manel Huarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iraitz Zaplana in the 17th minute of play. Lluis Carceles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaitan Noya having to interfere. In the 21st minute Clodoveo Vives shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaitan Noya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Casas De La Unde's Anatolio Camarasa got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 27th match minute, Casas De La Unde was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferdinand Raya to maneuver through the defense. Joel Pascual who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 29thth minute tested the skills of Manel Huarte when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Clodoveo Vives fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaitan Noya having to interfere. If Joel Pascual had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Casas De La Unde's Manel Huarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henric Saez in the 35th minute of play. With a little luck, Casas De La Unde's Manel Huarte got control of the ball when Joel Pascual tried to sneak it across the goal line. Iraitz Zaplana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gaitan Noya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clodoveo Vives, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joel Pascual got free with Manel Huarte in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Clodoveo Vives was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iraitz Zaplana in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Manel Huarte saved Casas De La Unde from getting behind. Iraitz Zaplana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joel Pascual struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Manel Huarte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Figueiras AD. Iraitz Zaplana scored 1-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Manel Huarte, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Casas De La Unde defense, Iraitz Zaplana kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manel Huarte. The Casas De La Unde fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manel Huarte should have stopped the shot. Manel Huarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iraitz Zaplana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 72 played minutes Figueiras AD got a freekick which was hit by Orlondo Nafría. Manel Huarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Pascual, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. When Joel Pascual came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Figueiras AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Pascual couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Figueiras AD booed when Casas De La Unde was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Parra didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Figueiras AD's Orlondo Nafría tried to score from far away in the 82nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 84 minutes, Dario Bernal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Casas De La Unde and the Figueiras AD players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Figueiras AD booed when Casas De La Unde was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dario Bernal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manel Huarte came out of the goal and Iraitz Zaplana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Joel Pascual had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Casas De La Unde's zone, Iraitz Zaplana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manel Huarte came out of the goal and Iraitz Zaplana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 94 minutes into the match, Casas De La Unde's goal looked a bit too open when Iraitz Zaplana came free, but Manel Huarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Figueiras AD fully deserved thier win.
