Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Columbo Barbosa got the match started through his kick off. 5 minutes into the game, Naike Sainz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Coromines's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Riells AFC the free kick. Paco Casas made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Ruperto Machado sent off a good shot on target. Naike Sainz hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 11 minutes, Paco Casas successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 12th minute, Quique Riba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Riells AFC's Ruperto Machado got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 22nd minute Carlito Marrero suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. A collision led to Coromines getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. William Abasalo hit a great ball. Ruperto Machado struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Paco Casas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Riells AFC. Kepa Valdivia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beltxe Amorebieta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Riells AFC's Kepa Valdivia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beltxe Amorebieta in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beltxe Amorebieta in the 32nd minute of play forced Riells AFC's goalkeeper Kepa Valdivia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute Beltxe Amorebieta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kepa Valdivia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 38 minutes, Columbo Barbosa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Coromines's supporters crossed their fingers, but Columbo Barbosa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Beltxe Amorebieta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kepa Valdivia was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Coromines's Paco Casas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Coromines from getting a goal against them. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Joseba Cabrera charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joseba Cabrera the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Riells AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 54th minute. Penalty! A collision led to Coromines getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. William Abasalo hit a great ball. 59 minutes into the match, Riells AFC's Unai Litago broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruperto Machado in the 65th minute of play forced Coromines's goalkeeper Paco Casas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Columbo Barbosa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kepa Valdivia came out and tried to block the shot, but Columbo Barbosa slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 68th minute. Columbo Barbosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 74 played minutes Riells AFC got a freekick which was hit by Oliviero Vallejo. Beltxe Amorebieta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Coromines's William Abasalo got his second yellow card of the match in the 87th minute. The referee ordered William Abasalo off the ground. In the 88th minute, William Abasalo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kepa Valdivia made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Beltxe Amorebieta sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Riells AFC's zone, Beltxe Amorebieta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kepa Valdivia came out of the goal and Beltxe Amorebieta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
