After 2 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cabanal! Gilesindo Lama received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Sinforiano Quijana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Charro Zárate kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sinforiano Quijana. That made the score 2-0 in the 10 minute of play. The supporters of Cabanal booed when Galartza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iratze Feal didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute Jaime Casas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saturnino Jubera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute Charro Zárate shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sinforiano Quijana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sinforiano Quijana made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mambru Morcego in the 26th minute. Jaime Casas struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Saturnino Jubera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cabanal. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaime Casas couldn't finish the play. Zumar Dean received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Saturnino Jubera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 37 minutes, Zumar Dean mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cabanal and the Galartza players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cabanal's Zumar Dean got a free kick in the 37th minute. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Charro Zárate advanced and headed the ball into goal, 4-0 in the 40th minute. Jaime Casas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Saturnino Jubera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. Jaime Casas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Charro Zárate to make the kick off. In the 79thth minute of the game Charro Zárate who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cabanal's Sinforiano Quijana was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Osoro Barbosa took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 83rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sinforiano Quijana. Cabanal's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, Jaime Casas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Saturnino Jubera. Galartza's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jaime Casas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Zumar Dean kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. In the 91st minute Galartza were awarded a corner. Osoro Barbosa went to the cornerflag to take it. Mambru Morcego sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sinforiano Quijana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charro Zárate in the 94th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Galartza fans cheered their team off the field, for while Cabanal had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
