Macedonio Losada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliver Torres, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Ansuro Acedo's late challenge caught a Brañuas AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ansuro Acedo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Gerb getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Ansuro Acedo hit a great ball. Gentza Reyes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gerb's Xamo Segarra proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Gerb from getting a goal against them. Noé Ponce, 20 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When Gentza Reyes came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Brañuas AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gentza Reyes couldn't finish the play. After having played for 23 minutes, Thiago Gonzáles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brañuas AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thiago Gonzáles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thiago Gonzáles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Plauto Lagunas charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Plauto Lagunas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 27th minute, Plauto Lagunas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th minute of the match, Gentza Reyes got a very nice opportunity to score, but Xamo Segarra was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Thiago Gonzáles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gentza Reyes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Xamo Segarra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sabin Campoamor in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Macedonio Losada saved Brañuas AFC from getting behind. 43 minutes into the match, Gerb's goal looked a bit too open when Thiago Gonzáles came free, but Xamo Segarra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xamo Segarra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thiago Gonzáles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Brañuas AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Gerb were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sabin Campoamor made a kick off. Macedonio Losada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sabin Campoamor in the 51st minute of the match. Xamo Segarra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thiago Gonzáles in the 54th minute of the match. The supporters of Gerb booed when Brañuas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gentza Reyes didn't get a good kick on the ball. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 90 minutes, Xamin Dominguez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brañuas AFC and the Gerb players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 90th match minute, Brañuas AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xamin Dominguez to maneuver through the defense. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Gerb walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
