Tulio Pena might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aznar Sánchez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tulio Pena ran back to his position shaking his head. If Tulio Pena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Koldo Pantoja made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Cucao Barba sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Herrera booed when Cendejas De La Torre AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tulio Pena didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Ostadar Olmos fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cendejas De La Torre AD's protests and gave Ostadar Olmos a yellow card for diving instead. After 19 played minutes Cendejas De La Torre AD got a freekick which was hit by Ostadar Olmos. The corner led Herrera's Manolo Moreira to fire away a dangerous shot which Koldo Pantoja despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ostadar Olmos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Herrera's zone, Tulio Pena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aznar Sánchez came out of the goal and Tulio Pena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tristan Talavera took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aznar Sánchez. Aznar Sánchez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After the first half Cendejas De La Torre AD were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mateo Bernal to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Larpe Domenech hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cucao Barba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Koldo Pantoja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tristan Talavera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Jago Arratia fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Herrera's protests and gave Jago Arratia a yellow card for diving instead. In the 67th match minute, Herrera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jago Arratia to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute Tristan Talavera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aznar Sánchez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tulio Pena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Madeo Alfaro hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Tristan Talavera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Cucao Barba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Herrera fans' excitement grew in the 81st match minute when Herrera's Mateo Bernal looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Cucao Barba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Koldo Pantoja having to interfere. If Tulio Pena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aznar Sánchez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tristan Talavera, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Cendejas De La Torre AD were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
