The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Xerardo Ecija had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. Zahar Saez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Napoleón Barro hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 19th match minute, Peralejo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arturo Serra to maneuver through the defense. Julián Contratas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Beila Abril tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Peralejo AFC's Polo Pujol got a free kick in the 25th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zahar Saez in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Beila Abril prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as Zahar Saez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Beila Abril. That made the score 1-0 in the 29 minute of play. Matxin Guasch charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Matxin Guasch the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 35th minute, Matxin Guasch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julián Contratas might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Beila Abril. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Julián Contratas ran back to his position shaking his head. Beila Abril made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Julián Contratas sent off a good shot on target. Madeo Portillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Loren Acarreta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Zahar Saez took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Beila Abril. Beila Abril dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After 62 played minutes Sant Feliu De Pallerolls got a freekick which was hit by Eneas Etxeberria. After a rather tough play, Sant Feliu De Pallerolls's Sindo Vazquez got a free kick in the 64th minute. Peralejo AFC's Madeo Portillo got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Sant Feliu De Pallerolls's Zahar Saez in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Peralejo AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Xerardo Ecija kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. When Julián Contratas came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Sant Feliu De Pallerolls fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julián Contratas couldn't finish the play. Peralejo AFC's Polo Pujol got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Zahar Saez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 90 played minutes Peralejo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Napoleón Barro. If Zahar Saez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Beila Abril showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julián Contratas in the 96th minute of the match. There was no doubt that Sant Feliu De Pallerolls were the better team. Sant Feliu De Pallerolls's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
