Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Richie Teresa got the match started through his kick off. José Morientes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richie Teresa in the 7th minute of play forced Posadas Ricas's goalkeeper José España to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gaianes's José Morientes got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 11th match minute, Gaianes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anchel Quintas to maneuver through the defense. 14 minutes into the match, Gaianes's goal looked a bit too open when Milio Coya came free, but Heriberto De Pedro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milio Coya in the 16th minute of play forced Gaianes's goalkeeper Heriberto De Pedro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. José Morientes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 19th minute Richie Teresa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José España saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Posadas Ricas's Romualdo Dulce got a free kick in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Morientes in the 24th minute of play forced Posadas Ricas's goalkeeper José España to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Posadas Ricas getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Godfredo Portillo hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Richie Teresa in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck José España prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 29 minutes into the match, Richie Teresa notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Posadas Ricas's José España. José España was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, José Morientes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gaianes's supporters rose to their feet, but José Morientes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José España breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers José Morientes in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg José España saved Posadas Ricas from getting behind. In the 38th minute, Romualdo Dulce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. José Morientes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. José España tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Juanfran Sarro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Posadas Ricas's supporters rose to their feet, but Juanfran Sarro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Heriberto De Pedro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The wind increased when Milio Coya made the kick off in the second half. Anchel Quintas kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 57th minute Richie Teresa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José España saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Heriberto De Pedro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milio Coya in the 63rd minute of play. Milio Coya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anchel Quintas kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Posadas Ricas's Xosepe Gómez couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 70th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Gaianes. Juanfran Sarro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Richie Teresa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José España having to interfere. Juanfran Sarro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 83 minutes into the game, Romualdo Dulce was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Posadas Ricas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gaianes the free kick. After 83 played minutes Posadas Ricas got a freekick which was hit by Romualdo Dulce. José España made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when José Morientes sent off a good shot on target. José España took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richie Teresa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Posadas Ricas's Fermín Jorquera got a free kick in the 95th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Juanfran Sarro during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Gaianes booed when Posadas Ricas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juanfran Sarro didn't get a good kick on the ball.
