Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Vilavenut's Cidro Losada started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Caborniella booed when Vilavenut was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zahar Ramiréz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 6 minutes, Beltxe Cainzos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caborniella and the Vilavenut players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 8thth minute of the game Tobias Herrera who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Caborniella's Gaston Castro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tobias Herrera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gaston Castro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cidro Losada in the 12th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Vilavenut's Zahar Ramiréz got a free kick in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Vilavenut's goalkeeper Damario Iniesta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adelio Rico. After a defensive mix-up in Vilavenut's zone, Juvenal Dorado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damario Iniesta came out of the goal and Juvenal Dorado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Argider Uria's late challenge caught a Caborniella's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Argider Uria helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Vilavenut's Argider Uria got a free kick in the 17th minute. A collision led to Vilavenut getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Guillerme Goyanes hit a great ball. Maule Madariaga took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Damario Iniesta. Vilavenut's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Damario Iniesta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juvenal Dorado in the 31st minute of play. Damario Iniesta had great luck who in the 40thth minute grab hold of the ball when Juvenal Dorado from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Vilavenut's Damario Iniesta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Vilavenut from getting a goal against them. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Juvenal Dorado was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Caborniella's Efraín Ricoy got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Damario Iniesta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juvenal Dorado in the 65th minute of the match. Tobias Herrera's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gaston Castro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cidro Losada in the 71st minute of play forced Caborniella's goalkeeper Gaston Castro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute, Adelio Rico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 76 minutes into the match, Adelio Rico had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Damario Iniesta. Vilavenut's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adelio Rico was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Vilavenut's Argider Uria got a free kick in the 85th minute. Damario Iniesta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adelio Rico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 88 minutes, Cidro Losada mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vilavenut and the Caborniella players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 88th minute, Cidro Losada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vilavenut's Damario Iniesta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adelio Rico in the 90th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adelio Rico in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damario Iniesta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. For all the effort they put into the match, the Vilavenut players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Caborniella.
