An unexpectedly hard shot by Tino Bellido in the 10th minute of play forced Las Veras's goalkeeper Hondo Cano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes in the game Andrin Navarro after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Hondo Cano. A very good opportunity. Fernando Lozano kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After 27 minutes, Barros Salazar made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Freixeiro SD's Nuno Gabas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Barros Salazar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Barros Salazar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Gabas having to interfere. Feliberto Babia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Gabas having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Freixeiro SD's Xose Soto got a free kick in the 44th minute. Tohias Caballero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nuno Gabas having to make a save. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tino Bellido stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In a very dangerous position, a player in Freixeiro SD fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 54th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 56 minutes, Las Veras's Juan-Luis Gonzalez got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Nuno Gabas. Feliberto Babia's late challenge caught a Freixeiro SD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Feliberto Babia helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Las Veras's Feliberto Babia got a free kick in the 59th minute. 65 minutes into the game, Tohias Caballero cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Nuno Gabas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 77th minute Egoitz Mayol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hondo Cano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hondo Cano came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Freixeiro SD's Tino Bellido. But to his dismay, Tino Bellido quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. After a rather tough play, Freixeiro SD's Sancho Dean got a free kick in the 81st minute. 85 minutes into the match, Las Veras's goal looked a bit too open when Tino Bellido came free, but Hondo Cano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barros Salazar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience was convinced that Egoitz Mayol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hondo Cano was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Las Veras's Hondo Cano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Egoitz Mayol in the 91st minute of play. With a little luck, Freixeiro SD's Nuno Gabas got control of the ball when Tohias Caballero tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barros Salazar in the 98th minute of play forced Freixeiro SD's goalkeeper Nuno Gabas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Las Veras's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
