Iban Bernal charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iban Bernal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 7 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Borox! Borox:s Gonza Canosa showed great skill when he stopped Benigno Casanova:s penalty. After some careless play in the Borox defense, Benigno Casanova kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gonza Canosa. The Borox fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gonza Canosa should have stopped the shot. When Borox's Jokin Camaño in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cala Nova AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Amerigo Vicente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonza Canosa having to interfere. In the 25th minute Firman Pareja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zunbeltz Bernal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Firman Pareja received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Zunbeltz Bernal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 38th minute by Epifanio Landa got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 41st minute, Borox's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Epifanio Landa fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Epifanio Landa got free with Gonza Canosa in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lazaro Echeto hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match.

Borox's supporters rose to their feet, but Jokin Camaño was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zunbeltz Bernal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zunbeltz Bernal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Firman Pareja in the 64th minute of the match. After 70 minutes of play, Cala Nova AFC's Epifanio Landa made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gonza Canosa was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Cala Nova AFC's Epifanio Landa in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
