Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Polo Calderon kicked off to start the match. In the 6th minute, Ganix Caballero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Beltxe Espinosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leal Acedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Pozuel De Ariza CF's Ibon Rua played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Polo Calderon in the 11th minute of play. Ibon Rua came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Estepona's Polo Calderon. But to his dismay, Polo Calderon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Leal Acedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Beltxe Espinosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eugenio Verdaguer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Ibon Rua tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silverio Llinares in the 25th minute of play forced Pozuel De Ariza CF's goalkeeper Ibon Rua to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Beltxe Espinosa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ganix Caballero in the 31st minute. When Silverio Llinares fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Estepona's protests and gave Silverio Llinares a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Pozuel De Ariza CF booed when Estepona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silverio Llinares didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Guilabertus Laredo from long distance, 35 minutes into the match, got Beltxe Espinosa's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 37 minutes into the match, Pozuel De Ariza CF's Ganix Caballero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Beltxe Espinosa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Elixio Casado kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Ibon Rua showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fermín Rivera, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Pozuel De Ariza CF's goal looked a bit too open when Silverio Llinares came free, but Ibon Rua reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ibon Rua made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fermín Rivera in the 43rd minute of play. If Ganix Caballero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leal Acedo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Estepona was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul Mayol to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Estepona's zone, Ganix Caballero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Beltxe Espinosa came out of the goal and Ganix Caballero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 59 played minutes Pozuel De Ariza CF got a freekick which was hit by Elixio Casado. Fermín Rivera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ibon Rua having to interfere. When Guilabertus Laredo fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pozuel De Ariza CF's protests and gave Guilabertus Laredo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 63rd minute, one of Pozuel De Ariza CF:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pozuel De Ariza CF. In the 76th minute Ganix Caballero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beltxe Espinosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Fermín Rivera managed to get in a good position for a shot. Estepona's supporters rose to their feet, but Fermín Rivera was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ibon Rua breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Estepona's zone, Ganix Caballero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Beltxe Espinosa came out of the goal and Ganix Caballero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 82 minutes into the game, Ganix Caballero cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Beltxe Espinosa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Beltxe Espinosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leal Acedo in the 89th minute of play. Leal Acedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Beltxe Espinosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ganix Caballero came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Pozuel De Ariza CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ganix Caballero couldn't finish the play. Beltxe Espinosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ganix Caballero, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The Estepona supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Estepona would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
