Gallo Camarasa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gero Candamil in the 18thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gallo Camarasa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gero Pareja in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Estebano Gibert prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ion Urbina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Estebano Gibert having to interfere. Gallo Camarasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gero Candamil in the 37th minute. Casildo Arias received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gallo Camarasa came out and tried to block the shot, but Casildo Arias slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 39th minute. In the 43rd minute, Ion Urbina ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Estebano Gibert was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ion Urbina stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Paterna AFC's Gero Candamil sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gallo Camarasa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gero Pareja in the 61stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Estebano Gibert, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Gero Candamil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Gero Candamil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casildo Arias in the 68th minute of play forced Cadiz's goalkeeper Gallo Camarasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Casildo Arias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th minute, Gero Pareja ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Estebano Gibert was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 80 minutes into the match, Cadiz's goal looked a bit too open when Casildo Arias came free, but Gallo Camarasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casildo Arias in the 85th minute of play forced Cadiz's goalkeeper Gallo Camarasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 87 minutes of play, Paterna AFC's Gero Candamil made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gallo Camarasa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Casildo Arias took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gallo Camarasa. Gallo Camarasa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Paterna AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
