Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Olot's Angelines Sirvent started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Migúel Reyes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Checa Jimenez in the 3rd minute of play. In the 11th minute, El Portús AFC's Checa Jimenez ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Migúel Reyes. Migúel Reyes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Meder Escurza hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. If Angelines Sirvent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute, Qwinton Sarrate hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olot's Migúel Reyes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Olot from getting a goal against them. Migúel Reyes was a little too slow when Checa Jimenez got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 2-0. When Tito Coya came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the El Portús AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tito Coya couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Derwin De la Torre in the 42nd minute of play forced El Portús AFC's goalkeeper Caetano Lara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Checa Jimenez in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Migúel Reyes saved Olot from getting behind. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Checa Jimenez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paco Gómez in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Caetano Lara prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Angelines Sirvent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Migúel Reyes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Checa Jimenez in the 59th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Rubio Aranzubia sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and El Portús AFC's Caetano Lara didn't even have to move. When Derwin De la Torre came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Olot fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Derwin De la Torre couldn't finish the play. Caetano Lara stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Angelines Sirvent's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. After 75 played minutes Olot got a freekick which was hit by Paco Gómez. Olot's Migúel Reyes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Checa Jimenez in the 76th minute of play. Derwin De la Torre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Caetano Lara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd match minute, El Portús AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oliverio Tarin to maneuver through the defense. Caetano Lara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelines Sirvent, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. When Tito Coya came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the El Portús AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tito Coya couldn't finish the play. After having played for 93 minutes, Tito Coya managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Portús AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tito Coya was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
