Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After 4 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Venta De La Caseria CD! The goalkeeper, Gumersindo Guerrero, was totally fooled by Etxebarri FC's Marco Morales, who 6 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 12th match minute, Venta De La Caseria CD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis-Alfredo Silvestre to maneuver through the defense. When Luis-Alfredo Silvestre came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Venta De La Caseria CD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis-Alfredo Silvestre couldn't finish the play. Lucila Labarra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nando Diaz in the 19th minute of play. With a little luck, Venta De La Caseria CD's Gumersindo Guerrero got control of the ball when Gabon Leon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gabon Leon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Etxebarri FC booed when Venta De La Caseria CD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tello Esperta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marco Morales was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 34th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Gabon Leons short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Gumersindo Guerrero to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Gabon Leon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gumersindo Guerrero having to interfere. Etxebarri FC's Gabon Leon got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Arotza Doblas fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Etxebarri FC's protests and gave Arotza Doblas a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Etxebarri FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Arotza Doblas hit a great ball. During the 45th minute of the match Tello Esperta completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Tello Esperta a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gabon Leon was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Venta De La Caseria CD getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Nando Diaz hit a great ball. Luis-Alfredo Silvestres short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Lucila Labarra to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 56th match minute, Etxebarri FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovando Palanques to maneuver through the defense. Venta De La Caseria CD were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after Etxebarri FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Berto Abasalo took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Berto Abasalo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lucila Labarra quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Venta De La Caseria CD's Luis-Alfredo Silvestre got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 64th minute, Gabon Leon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 66 minutes of play, Etxebarri FC's Ovando Palanques made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gumersindo Guerrero was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Gabon Leon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gumersindo Guerrero was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Gabon Leon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Etxebarri FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gabon Leon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gumersindo Guerrero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gabon Leon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gumersindo Guerrero having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Arxel Valines got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Venta De La Caseria CD's zone, Gabon Leon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gumersindo Guerrero came out of the goal and Gabon Leon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gabon Leon in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gumersindo Guerrero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gabon Leon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Arotza Doblas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gabon Leon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Gumersindo Guerrero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabon Leon in the 91st minute of play forced Venta De La Caseria CD's goalkeeper Gumersindo Guerrero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute, Migúel Peña hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Etxebarri FC had played much better football throughout.
