He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Cirilo Herrera. 9 minutes into the match, Vilaboa's goalkeeper Cirilo Herrera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Diagur Torrent. Cornelio Sainz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 13 minutes into the match, Nando Garcia notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Vilaboa's Cirilo Herrera. Nastasio Sauca helped the player get up and apologised. Nastasio Sauca hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. If Nando Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Alpens FC had won after a very even match.
