A collision led to FC PURELATORS getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Juan Azofra hit a great ball. 22 minutes into the game, FC PURELATORS's Belisario Acarreta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Clodio Casanova made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. If Belisario Acarreta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. FC PURELATORS's Belisario Acarreta came free and shot a quick shot against goal 58 minutes in the game, fortunately Clodio Casanova had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Belisario Acarreta ran back to his position shaking his head. 62 minutes into the game, Mikel Abasalo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Clodio Casanova. Mikel Abasalo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. In the 66th minute, Mikel Abasalo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 66 minutes into the match, Visantoña's goalkeeper Clodio Casanova had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Belisario Acarreta. Fidencio Lozano's late challenge caught a Visantoña's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fidencio Lozano helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Visantoña booed when FC PURELATORS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. With his leg Clodio Casanova managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when FC PURELATORS's Belisario Acarreta fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 82ndth minute of the game Mikel Abasalo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Visantoña's Clodio Casanova was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 84 minutes into the match Belisario Acarreta climbed in front of goal and pressed up 0-5 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Clodio Casanova. Belisario Acarreta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Clodio Casanova made a huge save. FC PURELATORS's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
