Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when César Iglesias got the match started through his kick off. Ion Ponte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernán Mala having to interfere. Castillejo's Joachim Reyes got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ion Ponte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Hernán Mala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 23 played minutes Castillejo got a freekick which was hit by Fix Solera. In the 26th minute, Joachim Reyes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Pozomillos CF's zone, Ion Ponte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hernán Mala came out of the goal and Ion Ponte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Romano Roca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Narciso Fuster tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 31 minutes of play Castillejo's Fix Solera was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 31st match minute, Castillejo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fix Solera to maneuver through the defense. After 34 minutes, Bartolo Muelas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Castillejo and the Pozomillos CF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 33 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Castillejo! Ion Ponte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Hernán Mala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anatolio Higuera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Pozomillos CF's zone, Ion Ponte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hernán Mala came out of the goal and Ion Ponte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ion Ponte to make the kick off. In the 51st match minute, Pozomillos CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Suarez to maneuver through the defense. Romano Roca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Castillejo's Narciso Fuster got control of the ball when Romano Roca tried to sneak it across the goal line. César Iglesias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ion Ponte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Hernán Mala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute, Ion Ponte made a precise shot to the right of Hernán Mala. Pozomillos CF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. A collision led to Castillejo getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Joachim Reyes hit a great ball. In the 80th minute of the match Quirze Novo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Narciso Fuster skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 83 minutes, César Iglesias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pozomillos CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but César Iglesias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Romano Roca in the 86thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Narciso Fuster, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. César Iglesias struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Narciso Fuster didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pozomillos CF. When César Iglesias came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Pozomillos CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that César Iglesias couldn't finish the play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
